Description of Services Provided 

The following services have been provided:

• Carried out socio economic and demographic survey.
• Carried out geotechnical investigations, ground water investigation (hydro geological), water sampling etc.
• Detail survey preparation of design, drawings and cost estimate of distribution and transmission pipeline.
• Detailed design of water treatment plant
• Design of WUSC Office Buildings and Watch man Quarter.
• Preparation of design, drawings and cost estimate of Gender and disable friendly Public Toilets and Fire Hydrants.
• Economic and Financial analysis of WSS schemes
• Preparation of Contract Documents, Specification, Bidding Documents etc for the implementation of water supply schemes.
• The Surunga COFWSSP has 349.49 KM pipe network, various overhead reservoir tank having capacity varies from 900 cum to 50 Cum and ground reservoir having capacity 400 Cum , design discharge 107lps, water treatment plant – Mixing Chamber, Flocculator, Sedimentation tank, rapid sand filter, chlorination unit etc.
• The Topgachhi COFWSSP has 307.91 KM pipe network, various overhead reservoir tank having capacity varies from 450 cum to 50 Cum, design discharge Scheme-1: 18.60 lps, Scheme-2: 27.05 lps, Scheme-3: 13.53 lps, water treatment plant – Pressure filter with aeration tower.
• The Fikkal COFWSSP has 195.49 KM pipe network, various overhead reservoir tank having capacity varies from 125 cum to 25 Cum, design discharge 23.68 lps, water treatment plant – Sedimentation tank, slow sand filter, chlorination unit.
